New and regularly enhancing technologies and products, increasing connectivities, complicated inter-dependencies, new and daily evolving cat-and-mouse Cybersecurity techniques and attacks can put us in an inevitably recurring stressful situations.   Stress can accumulate in our mind and get stuck in our body over the years without our awareness. Think in terms of every weekday or even weekends in 3 years, 5 years, 10 years, 15 years, 20 years or until you retire from Cybersecurity field.  

Stress increases your risk of heart disease and high blood pressure. When you are stressed, your body releases adrenaline, a hormone that temporarily causes your heart rate to speed up and your blood pressure to rise. Too many episodes of this kind of acute stress can cause inflammation in your arteries. This inflammation will cause calcium build-up in arteries and over time, there will be a blockage of arteries leading to stroke. Even if you don't want to care for yourself, consider for your loved ones and families.  Today, heart disease is the number one in most counteries in the world. 

Enough being said, this domain is dedicated to assist you to be in the cool in your Cybersecurity journey through practical hands-on practice.  In order to achieve the goal in this domain as intended,  please practically follow through each exercise as per instructions.  As in all professional fields, walking the path is different from just knowing the path. 



All featured exercises are my practically tested successful experiments out of all others I have tried.  I started all with no absolute trust.  The exercises are regardless of your religion, and are based on health, psychology, and sprituality.   

Methods may or may not be successful on your attempts  as every person's background is different.
